Return Guarantee

If our product causes any irritation, allergy, or adverse skin/hair reaction, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be slightly used only (for testing or checking purposes).
  • The item should be in good condition and returned with original packaging.
  • Proof of irritation or issue (photos/videos) may be required for verification.

Payment Method & Refund Policy

  • We currently operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • We do not offer store or online payments.
  • Once the returned product is received and checked by our team, the refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be sent to the customer’s wallet/account details provided by the customer (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are required to send the parcel back to us at their own cost.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is heavily used, damaged, or empty.
  • The original packaging is missing or altered.
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed at the moment.
